- 60g dried apricots
- 60g dried dates
- 60g dried figs
- 60g dried cranberries
- 60g jumbo raisins
- 30g pecan nuts
- 30g pistachio nuts
- 30g almonds
- 30g pumpkin seeds
- 30g sunflower seeds
- 60g oats
- 60g honey
- 300g peanut butter
- 100g butter
- Melt the butter, honey and the peanut butter in a thick bottom pan
- Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir through the melted peanut butter mix
- Place into a lined shallow tray and place in the refrigerator overnight
- Remove, slice and server
